  6. 6Check measure and selections — every finish chosen, priced and approved before we start
  7. 7Pre-start meeting on site with your dedicated site lead
  8. 8Construction — one site lead, quality checks, weekly Friday updates
  9. 9Handover — final walkthrough and aftercare pack
  10. 1012-month warranty check-in

Frequently asked questions

Can I renovate my home in stages?

Yes. We quote room by room — each bathroom, laundry and kitchen as its own complete item — so you can do the whole house at once or one room at a time to suit your budget and living arrangements.

How do staged payments work?

You pay a deposit on signing (5%), then progress claims as each stage or room is completed, with a final claim at practical completion. Each claim is matched to completed work visible in your client portal.

What's your minimum job size?
