House Extensions in Ormiston
House extensions planned and built with a clear process from concept through to handover. We manage design, engineering, council approvals, construction and fit-out — or work with your own architect or consultant. QBCC-licensed and Master Builders member, with fixed pricing options and staged payments matched to completed work.
Ormiston is a quiet bayside suburb with a mix of character homes and newer builds, many on sloping blocks with bay breezes. Renovations here need to account for salt air, sub-floor ventilation in older homes and the opportunity to open up living areas to the coastal outlook.
We're based at 3/6 Trade Street, Ormiston — in the heart of Redlands Coast.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle council approvals?
Yes. We manage the paperwork — flood, character, heritage and development overlays — as part of the project.
How long does a house extension take to quote?
We offer three pricing levels: a free guesstimate (5 working days), an estimate for $350 (10 working days), or a fixed-price detailed quote for $1,500 plus plans (15–30 working days depending on size and complexity).
Can I keep living in my home during the extension?
Usually yes. We plan around you and provide a living-in-your-home guide so you know what to expect day to day.
