Frequently asked questions
Do you handle council approvals?
Yes. We manage the paperwork — flood, character, heritage and development overlays — as part of the project.
How long does a house extension take to quote?
We offer three pricing levels: a free guesstimate (5 working days), an estimate for $350 (10 working days), or a fixed-price detailed quote for $1,500 plus plans (15–30 working days depending on size and complexity).
Can I keep living in my home during the extension?
Usually yes. We plan around you and provide a living-in-your-home guide so you know what to expect day to day.
